    NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS
    • The org admin now can:
      • Allow public access to the coaches availability calendar.
      • Enable team communication to be carried out in groups.
      • Collect fees from players on a per-game or per-season basis.
      • Sync Shop and Invoice payments to the Xero account.
    • The org staff now can:
      • Create recurring events.
      • Create events for program registrants.
      • View and export the archived program registrations. 
      • Collect payments using saved payment methods for Registrations, Shop Orders, and Facility Bookings.
      • Set specify payment requirements per game or season and request payments from team members.
      • Enable automatic approval for facility bookings once payment is made.
      • Access all deactivated members at one place.
      • Org staff can define custom field classifications, which are used to retrieve and display public member details, such as First Name, Last Name, and Full Name- provided in form submissions.
      • General improvements to payment refund functionality including showing the status of the refund.
    OTHER UPDATES & BUG FIXES

     

    • Multiple members can now register for a monthly registration program.
    • General improvements to member registration and facility booking workflow.
    • A new system-provided website page “Past Games” has been provided to display scores and results of past games.
    • Coaches can now specify their unavailable dates.
    • Users can provide consent to collect future payments via saved payment methods on the Registration, Shop, and Facility Bookings checkout pages.
    • Redesigned key areas for improved usability– Program Registration flow, Facility Booking flow, Shop Orders flow, Items, Item Lists, and Donations Add & Show pages.
    • Enhanced payment refunds functionality.
    • Fixed issues related to: Auto-enrollments, Bulk upload games, and Stats link display.
