NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS
- PeachPay EFT Payments:
- Organizations using PeachPay can now make registration, shop, and invoice payments via EFT.
- The org admin can now:
- Set the default schedule calendar view for org staff.
- The org staff can now:
- Collect additional information from registrants by adding custom questions to the waitlist programs (with minimal info).
- View the audit report after saving the schedules using the auto-
scheduler. - Send messages to the waitlist and withdrawn program registrants from the Compose Message area.
- Access the membership report from the Member Overview > Memberships page.
- Download the detailed volunteers report from the Volunteers > Reports page.
OTHER UPDATES & BUG FIXES
- Registration status update notifications are now automatically sent to org staff when changes occur due to registration deletion or withdrawal.
- Team staff can now lock or unlock game lineup and notify team members.
- Event names are now displayed on facility booking calendars when the "Display schedule extended details” admin setting is enabled.
- Enhanced UI/UX: Selecting family members during registration, Member bookings list page, Team welcome messages for parents/guardians, Registratio
n Info page, Album show page, and Schedule show page. - Issues addressed: Duplicate payment collection, Program payment switching, Schedules Copy & Delete operations, Communica
