NEW FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS
- The org admin now can:
- Allow cancelling and issuing refunds for the past facility bookings.
- Choose whether to collect donor addresses for fu
ndraiser campaigns. - Control sharing the schedule availability (RSVP) reports with the team staff.
- Configure sender details and reply-to options for automated messages.
- Set a default homepage for the org staff members.
- The org staff now can:
- Create discounts and attach them to game and event tickets.
- Define maximum character limits for shop order instructions.
- Make team selection optional during program registration.
OTHER UPDATES & BUG FIXES
- GST/Sales Tax is now applied to bulk facility bookings.
- Improved schedule conflict
detection within the organization area. - Exported files for single-program registrations now use the program name as the file name.
- Enhanced UI/UX: Add Schedules, League & Season Improved Presentation, Shop Discounts List, Public Campaign & Donation Presentation.
- Bugs addressed: Registrations, Bulk Facility Bookings, and Shop.
- Improved page performance in the bulk upload area.
- Tickets and loan items features are now automatically enabled when upgrading a subscription via the ‘Tickets & Loan Items’ feature.
